1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@asodrock.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within 1鈥? business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without contacting us first.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5鈥?0 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund 鈥?at no cost to you.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
